We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location, close to nearby temples and the beautiful Mount Fuji area, was perfect for exploring the surroundings. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who provided excellent room service, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping service. We were greeted with a warm welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Our room was spacious with a lovely terrace, and we appreciated the in-room amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. The towels and free toiletries provided were of high quality, and we enjoyed having a television with an AM/FM alarm clock and CD player in our room. The hotel's dining restaurant served a delicious breakfast with special diet menus available, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and unwind.

Great value and delicious meals. the hotel offers a good value in terms of meals in general, which were very good. They offered us some tasty cocktails upon arrival, and the breakfast was also good. One of the advantages of staying here is its great location, as it's near some interesting temples and fun strawberry farms. it's easy to find parking outside the hotel for free.
the rooms looked quite old and outdated, carpets were stained and the bathroom was not very clean.

Guests can enjoy complimentary fruit cocktails upon arrival, delicious meals with local specialties, and private onsens with amazing views. the comfortable rooms feature tatami mats with a big low table and cushions to sit on, modern additions such as flat screen TVs, and unique touches like samue-style wear and kettles for tea.
Some previous guests have mentioned a lack of assistance with luggage and not having a great view.

The hotel is conveniently located near the temples and has free parking. The private onsen bath is a great feature that offers relaxation after a long day of work. Additionally, the staff is attentive and accommodating, making check-in and dining hassle-free.
The room decor and furniture are outdated and need to be updated. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, and some areas of the room were dusty.
